Hey, my bestest buddy Steve Antczak done writ him some movies! No Witness is a kick-ass noirish psychothiller starring Steve Barnes, Corey Feldman (c'mon, you remember him, admit it), Jeff Fahey (The Lawnmower Man), Marisa Petroro, and Michael Damian. Click the poster for more info.
Steve's second feature, Last Sunset (aka Sex & Consequences), stars Joan Severance, Rodney Scott, and Corbin Bernsen. You can get your copy here. And his third movie (he just never stops!) Kiss of the Sun -- based on his critically acclaimed short story -- starts filming soon. I'm co-producing it, so you know it's gonna be good! You can get the inside skinny on all these movies from Green Valley Entertainment. |

| Bad News Hughes My friend Pat Hughes -- journalist, critic, erstwhile posi-thug, world-famous mal vivant, and now memoirist -- is one of the funniest humans alive (imagine a surly David Sedaris with an attitude problem and no filters), and he proves it by lovingly recounting his life's bitterest humiliations in his "Diary of Indignities". Terrible and embarrassing things happen to terrible and embarrassing parts of his anatomy, he gets beat up by little girls, he dispenses painfully insightful advice, he gets beat up by skinheads, he gets made fun of by girls, he gets drunk, he does stupid things, he gets drunk and does stupid things, he reveals his true geek nature, and, of course -- the wellspring of childhood trauma -- he visits his crazy redneck relatives. Hilarity ensues, always, even while you're cringing on the inside, so jump on board the Bad News Hughes Schadenfreude Express! Update: Pat's writing is so good, it's been collected into a book that you can now buy for your very own! Buy it now at your local independent bookseller or at Amazon.com. Do it now! |

| People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is dedicated to establishing and protecting the rights of all animals. PETA believes that animals deserve the most basic rights -- consideration of their own best interests regardless of whether they are useful to humans -- and they work tirelessly to promote this view through public education, cruelty investigations, research, animal rescue, legislation, special events, celebrity involvement, and direct action. The PETA website is about as comprehensive as they come, offering information on animal testing, vegan diets and health, companion-animal care, and ethical and legal issues. If you're interested in animal issues, or you simply want to know what all the fuss is about, I urge you to check them out. | ||||||||
